Nymoru
Terms of Service
Effective 12 October 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and WOXA Corporation Ltd. ("WOXA", "we", "us") for the use of Nymoru: the web app at app.nymoru.com and nymoru.com, the desktop app, the Nymoru in Chrome extension, the admin site and the related services (together, "Nymoru"). By creating an account or using Nymoru you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Nymoru.
1. What Nymoru is
Nymoru is a personal AI assistant. You chat with a primary bot named Nymoru (which you can rename) and with other bots you create, alone or in group chats. Your bots can answer questions, remember what you tell them, make documents, images, videos and websites, work in apps you connect, use a cloud computer or your own Chrome browser when you allow it, talk with you by voice and learn tasks you teach them. Nymoru uses AI models hosted on Google Cloud and picks a model for each task.
Some features are marked as coming soon, preview or beta, or are available only on certain plans. They may change, may be limited and may not work as described.
2. Your account
- You sign in with Google, Microsoft, or an email address and password. Sign-up may be limited, for example to invited people or to certain email domains.
- Give accurate information and keep it up to date. Keep your sign-in methods secure and tell us at info@nymoru.com if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
- An account is for one person. Do not share it or let others use it.
- You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. If you are a minor, you need the consent of your parent or guardian where the law requires it.
3. Company workspaces
If your organisation gives you access to Nymoru, your organisation manages the workspace: it can invite and remove members, set roles, set limits and stricter approval rules, choose allowed apps, pay for seats and see the usage and administrative information described in the Privacy Policy. Your organisation's agreement with us and its own policies may also apply to your use. Each person keeps a work space and a personal space that never mix; your organisation cannot read your conversations, memories or files, or anything in your personal space.
4. Actions your bots take for you
Nymoru is built to get things done, not only to answer. When you ask, your bots may act for you: send messages and email, create calendar events, change things in connected apps, browse websites, fill in forms, download files and run tasks on a cloud computer or in your Chrome.
- You authorise these actions when you give the instruction, set up a routine or approve a card. You are responsible for the instructions you give and for actions taken in your accounts under them, as if you had taken them yourself.
- Three things always wait for your own tap: moving money or paying, permanently deleting something, and granting access or permissions. A spoken "yes" alone is never enough for these, and they cannot be set to "always allow".
- Other actions are done, then reported with Undo. Messages and app changes to the outside world go out after a short undo window (about 10 seconds by default; your organisation may set a different one). Things deleted inside Nymoru go to the trash for 30 days. Once something has gone out to another person or service, we cannot always take it back.
- Many websites and apps have their own terms, some of which restrict automated use. You are responsible for using your bots in line with the terms of the services they use for you.
5. AI output
Answers and content produced by AI can be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, and similar requests can give different results. Review output before you rely on it or send it to others. Nymoru does not give professional advice: for legal, medical, financial, tax or similar decisions, consult a qualified professional. You are responsible for how you use the output.
6. Acceptable use
Nymoru helps you solve problems as long as no one is harmed. You may not use Nymoru, or ask your bots, to:
- break the law, or help anyone else break it;
- harm, threaten, harass, defraud or deceive others, or impersonate someone;
- break into, test or disrupt systems, accounts or security measures you are not authorised to, or get around another service's security;
- create or spread malware, spam or other abusive content at scale;
- infringe other people's intellectual property, privacy or other rights, including by processing other people's personal data without a lawful basis;
- create sexual content involving minors, or content that promotes violence or terrorism;
- interfere with Nymoru, overload it, get around its limits or safeguards, or try to reach other people's data;
- copy, reverse engineer or resell Nymoru, or use it to build a competing service, except where the law allows it.
We may refuse a request, limit a feature or take the steps in section 12 if we reasonably believe these rules are being broken.
7. Your content
- You keep ownership of what you put into Nymoru (your messages, files, recordings and instructions) and, as between you and us, of the output your bots produce for you.
- You give WOXA permission to host, copy, process, transmit and display your content only as needed to provide, secure and support Nymoru, and to improve it as described in the Privacy Policy, including the learning settings you control.
- You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for the content you provide, including any personal data of other people in it.
- If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without obligation to you.
8. Connected apps and other services
Connected apps (such as Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Outlook, Slack and GitHub), plugins (MCP servers), websites and other third-party services are provided by others under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for them, for their availability or for what they do with data your bots send them at your direction. You can disconnect an app at any time in Settings.
Place and map features in Nymoru include Google Maps features and content. Your use of Google Maps features and content is subject to the then-current Google Maps End User Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
9. Cloud computer, Chrome extension and desktop app
- Cloud computer. On plans that include one, your bots use a cloud computer that is yours alone. On some plans it sleeps when idle and wakes when needed. Its disk is not backed up: keep your own copies of anything important. You may watch it or take it over at any time.
- Nymoru in Chrome. The extension works only in tabs it opens for a task or that you share with it, pauses when you take over and stops in one click. You decide which sites it may never touch.
- Desktop app. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the Nymoru desktop app and the Chrome extension to use Nymoru under these Terms. The desktop app updates itself.
10. Plans, credits and payment
- Use of Nymoru is measured in credits. Each plan includes credits for its billing period; the prices, the credits included and what each plan offers are shown in the app before you buy. Prices for paid plans include VAT unless stated otherwise.
- Credits included in a plan expire at the end of the period. Credits you buy separately expire 12 months after purchase. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred, except as the law requires.
- A welcome credit, where offered, is a one-time amount of credits given when you open an account. It is not renewed, has no cash value and may not include every feature; when it is used up, continuing needs a plan or a top-up.
- If your organisation pays for your seat, its agreement with us governs payment.
- Paid checkout is not yet open to everyone. Payment methods, billing cycles, renewals, cancellation and refunds will be shown before you pay and will apply to that purchase. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under Thai consumer protection law.
- When your bots help you buy something from a shop, the purchase is between you and the shop. You approve and pay on the shop's own page; the shop's terms apply to the purchase.
11. Changes and availability
We work to keep Nymoru available and to improve it, and we may add, change or remove features. We will give reasonable notice of changes that significantly reduce what you pay for. Nymoru may sometimes be unavailable, for example during maintenance or because of problems with providers we rely on.
12. Suspension, termination and deletion
- You can stop using Nymoru at any time and delete your account in Settings. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone; what is deleted and what we keep is described in the Privacy Policy.
- We may suspend or limit your access, or close your account, if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, if your use creates a risk for others or for Nymoru, or if the law requires it. Where reasonable we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem or to retrieve your content.
- Sections that by their nature should continue after termination (such as 7, 13, 14, 15 and 17) continue.
13. Our rights
Nymoru, including its software, design, brand, the Nymoru name and mascot, is owned by WOXA and its licensors and is protected by law. These Terms do not give you any right to use our brand. Nymoru includes open-source software, which is licensed under its own licence terms.
14. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, Nymoru is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, without errors or suitable for a particular purpose, or that AI output will be accurate. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot be excluded under Thai law.
15. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, WOXA is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of Nymoru, and our total liability for any claim relating to Nymoru is limited to the amount you paid us for Nymoru in the 12 months before the claim. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or for death or personal injury.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page with its version date and, for significant changes, tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. If you keep using Nymoru after a change takes effect, the new Terms apply; if you do not agree, stop using Nymoru and delete your account.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any problem informally. If we cannot, disputes will be decided by the competent courts of Thailand, without limiting any right you have as a consumer to bring a claim where the law allows.
